Jan 10: I‘d better get to the 🎹 NOW!
Jan 12: Happy National Hot Tea Day (Jan 12)!
Everyday is a celebration —there is always a reason to feel alive and happy!
So, while taking a break from practicing (everyone needs to take a break at least for 5 min after an hour of practice!), I’d like to brew a cup of tea! In the photos are my hot tea selections of the month:
[ 1] My reading chair in the background with a wool winter blanket (so cozy… ). Love the design of the electric kettle but it’s so heavy! When I drink black tea, I usually use the cup in the photo I got from Anthropologie a while ago.
[ 2] I love a good ole’ Earl Grey Tea . When I was a child, I used to drink Darjeeling Tea with lemon and a cube of sugar at a cafe with my mother after my piano lesson. Recently, I found this tea: Darjeeling Earl Grey Tea from teapigs US. I either drink just as it is or treat myself with honey and milk! Hmmmm, yum.
[ 3] My recent obsession is the Mint Basil Herbal Tea from The Spice & Tea Exchange! It is SO soothing, yummy, and caffeine-free. It contains organic peppermint, organic cardamom, organic licorice root (no wonder it has the sweet after taste), essential basil, and clove leaf oils. I LOVE THIS TEA!

A Few of Many Benefits of Drinking Tea:
Tea is packed with antioxidants.
Research shows a correlation between tea and heart health. A recent study says people who drink tea have a 20% less chance of having a stroke or heart attack than those who don’t.
It’s an immune system booster!
So, practice, take a break after every hour, and drinkyourtea !
